1.Job title: Restaurant Manager
2.How many hours will you work per week: 37.5 hours
3.Duties：

Manage day–to–day operations of the restaurant to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Monitor and ensure successful onboarding, training, and growth of the team.

Responsible for supervising the discipline of the kitchen staff and front of house and improving management efficiency.

Responsible for building a positive work environment and motivating staff to deliver good customer service.

Responsible for addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Responsible for office tasks including rota, purchase orders and more.

Work with the company director to execute the company business plan and achieve financial goals.

5.The minimum salary is £28000.
6.Skills, experience, and qualifications required.

At least 3 years of experience working in a busy Chinese restaurant.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong leadership and management skills

Great communication skills (in Mandarin and English) whether it be face to face, through phone and other social media platforms

Be able to demonstrate food and industry knowledge to customers.
